Commitment from Stay Still Sitters to Client:

Stay Still Sitters will provide clients with an EXPERIENCED sitter to carry out tasks and services agreed upon by client
Stay Still Sitters will have to pass a DRUG SCREENING, TUBERCULOSIS TEST, and a BACK GROUND CHECK.
A free client CONSULTATION, PRELIMINARY SCREENING, and HOME INSPECTION will be administered.
Develop a customized CARE PLAN to determine the care you need to achieve your quality life goals.
Allow clients and family members to provide FEED BACK through a QUESTIONNAIRE (refer to feedback section of this handbook)
Allow the client and family members to feel free to ask any questions you may have in regards to Stay Still Sitters.
